Insight is a claim you can defend with a denominator. “People like the new screenshots” is not insight. “Category search visitors who reached the product page converted 2.1 points higher after we retired the sunsetted feature frame” is closer — still caveated for seasonality and sample size.
Thailand adds calendar noise: Songkran, Chinese New Year shopping, and payday cycles around the 25th and month-end. We teach teams to annotate those weeks rather than pause all testing.
