Flagship lab

App Store Conversion Lab

Six evening sessions on reading store analytics, designing one listing experiment at a time, and writing recaps that name their own limits. English instruction. Thai seasonality in the case work.

Modules

  1. 01 · Funnel without vanity Impressions, product page views, and downloads in App Store Connect. What is excluded when you filter by source type.
  2. 02 · Hypothesis discipline One change, one conversion step. Why “refresh the listing” briefs are rejected in critique.
  3. 03 · Screenshot sequences Frame roles, caption load, and tests that do not wait on engineering. Includes a short Play comparison.
  4. 04 · Thai + EN listings Keyword fields, subtitle tone, and calendar effects that distort April and month-end reads.
  5. 05 · Custom product pages Audience splits, default page hygiene, and retiring a page without poisoning history.
  6. 06 · Recap night Stakeholder write-up, sample-size honesty, and a public critique inside the cohort only.

Learning outcomes

You will be able to annotate a live Connect export, propose a listing test with a named denominator, and produce a one-page recap a PM can challenge. You will not leave as an ASO rank specialist or a UA buyer.

Informational fee

THB 28,500 per seat. Maximum ten seats. Recap nights for twelve months after session six. No payment is taken on this website — write to the studio to hold a place.

FAQ

Do I need a live app on the App Store?

No. Teams without Connect access work from our sample catalog. The recap is slightly weaker without a live test, and we say so in the write-up rather than inventing a result.

Is this useful if we only ship on Play?

Partly. Module three compares Play naming, but the lab is iOS-weighted. Android-first teams usually sit the Play Console Funnel Clinic first, then join a later Conversion Lab if they also have an iOS listing.

What is a real limitation of this lab?

We do not teach keyword ranking tactics, review-response programmes, or paid user acquisition. If your main problem is discoverability rather than product-page conversion, this syllabus will feel narrow — that is intentional, and it is the wrong seat for that brief.

Can two people from the same company share one seat?

No. A seat is one person. Pairs from the same org should buy two seats; homework is individual even when the live listing is shared.

“Module five on custom product pages paid for the seat. We had been duplicating screenshots across audiences and calling it localisation.”

Fern W. · iOS PM, Bangkok

“I wanted more time on Connect’s source-type filters. Nalinee’s recap template still sits in our wiki. The room can feel slow if you already live in analytics all day.”
