We teach product teams to read the App Store like a conversion surface, not a brochure.

Deveventgrid is a small analytics academy. Cohorts work from real App Store Connect and Play Console exports, then design listing changes that can be measured without waiting for a binary release.

Heard in recap calls

Teams talk about the module, not the vibe.

“The screenshot sequence week finally gave our designer a reason to argue with growth using the same funnel language. We still disagree on icon tests, but at least we disagree on numbers.”

Mira K. · product design lead, Bangkok fintech

“Useful, though the Connect export walkthrough assumed more familiarity than our junior PM had. We paired her with a senior for week two and the lab landed.”

App Store Conversion Lab

Six weeks on impression → product page → download, plus the reporting habit that keeps listing experiments from turning into taste debates. Taught in English, with Thai store seasonality built into the case work.

Next Bangkok evening cohort. Informational fee: THB 28,500 per seat.

What the work actually covers

App Analytics, taught as decisions.

Funnel literacy

Product page conversion is not a single number. We unpack what App Store Connect includes, what it quietly drops, and how Play Console names the same step differently.

Listing experiments

Screenshot order, preview video length, and custom product pages — designed so a team can ship a test without waiting on engineering.

Stakeholder reporting

A one-page recap format our alumni use with PMs and growth leads. It names the limitation of the sample, not just the lift.

How a cohort runs

Evenings in Phayathai, homework on live listings.

Audit, not orientation

Week one is a structured read of your current store analytics. Teams without an app still work from a Deveventgrid sample catalog.

One change, one metric

Each pair commits to a single listing hypothesis and the conversion step it should move. We refuse “refresh the whole page” briefs.

Recap that survives a board slide

Final session is a critique of the write-up, including what the experiment cannot claim. That restraint is part of the grade.

Journal

Notes from store ops, not recaps of WWDC.
